For a client, we are seeking an experienced IT Functional Analyst to join a dynamic team focused on Fraud prevention solutions. This role will contribute to both functional and business analysis, with a preference for candidates possessing knowledge of Fraud.

Responsibilities:

• Define and analyze the business model using modeling techniques and methods such as Visio and UML diagrams.
• Understand end-to-end (E2E) process and data flow, document new processes, and create data models.
• Challenge business requirements for technical feasibility, propose alternatives, and validate solutions.
• Align with architects on technical solutions and APIs.
• Read and understand existing code (e.g., Visual Basic, Python).
• Translate business/client needs into requirements for Fraud solution development.
• Document requirements and functional analysis for developer reference.
• Prepare and participate in functional and end-to-end testing of new functionalities.
• Support adoption and change management alongside the Business Analyst.
• Act as an interface between stakeholders and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Identify and manage constraints, impediments, risks, and issues to maintain quality delivery.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Functional/Business Analyst.
• Experience with conceptual modeling techniques and methods (UML, Visio, mock-ups).
• Proficiency in MS Office and a good understanding of Information Systems and testing.
• Functional analysis skills and an understanding of technical functionalities.
• Ability to understand code (Visual Basic, Python, SQL).
