For a client, we are seeking an experienced IT Functional Analyst to join a dynamic team focused on Fraud prevention solutions. This role will contribute to both functional and business analysis, with a preference for candidates possessing knowledge of Fraud.

Responsibilities:
- Define and analyze the business model using modeling techniques and methods such as Visio and UML diagrams.
- Understand end-to-end (E2E) process and data flow, document new processes, and create data models.
- Challenge business requirements for technical feasibility, propose alternatives, and validate solutions.
- Align with architects on technical solutions and APIs.
- Read and understand existing code (e.g., Visual Basic, Python).
- Translate business/client needs into requirements for Fraud solution development.
- Document requirements and functional analysis for developer reference.
- Prepare and participate in functional and end-to-end testing of new functionalities.
- Support adoption and change management alongside the Business Analyst.
- Act as an interface between stakeholders and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Identify and manage constraints, impediments, risks, and issues to maintain quality delivery.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Functional/Business Analyst.
- Experience with conceptual modeling techniques and methods (UML, Visio, mock-ups).
- Proficiency in MS Office and a good understanding of Information Systems and testing.
- Functional analysis skills and an understanding of technical functionalities.
- Ability to understand code (Visual Basic, Python, SQL).
