For a client we are seeking an experienced Test Manager:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage testing processes for IT projects, ensuring alignment with user requirements and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, perform system analysis, and design testing modules.
• Oversee integration and unit testing to guarantee high-quality deliverables.
• Lead testing for significant projects, coordinating tasks related to underwriting, portfolio management, and claims.
• Conduct testing for digital channels, including end-client portfolio consultation and direct underwriting processes.
• Lead and manage hybrid testing teams, adapting to project complexities and sizes.
• Monitor testing progress and adherence to GO/NO-GO decision criteria.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Test Manager in complex IT environments.
• Strong background in application testing with a focus on quality and reliability.
• Knowledge of ISTQB certification standards (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools (preferred).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in planning, execution, and reporting.

Language Proficiency:

• Proficiency in French, Dutch, and English (mastery of at least one language required).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of automated testing tools.
• Keen interest in staying abreast of emerging testing trends and methodologies.
