For a client we are seeking a Senior Data Architect

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the definition of the Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics roadmap in support of evolving business challenges.
• Develop the target DATA architecture and participate in the implementation of the future DATA&Analytics Platform.
• Support and guide Data teams in data analysis and the development of reporting/analytical models.
• Evaluate and maintain the architectural vision, collaborating with the BI and Advanced Analytics community.
• Develop and document data, application, integration, and technical architectures for IT solutions in the BI domain.
• Identify opportunities to develop Data Science and Advanced Analytics capabilities.
• Participate in impact analyses on the BI and Analytics domain and validate the consistency of proposed solutions.
• Implement best practices in the development, documentation, and deployment of Business Information architecture.
• Collaborate with Database Administrators, Infrastructure, and Support teams for BI environment maintenance.
• Support the establishment of "Data Governance" and the evolution towards a "Data Driven Culture".
• Develop a common data model (CDM) for key applications to support BI and Analytics platforms and application integration.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of proven experience in Advanced Analytics.
• 5 years of proven experience in DATA architecture.
• 5 years of proven experience in Data warehouse/BI.
• 2 years of proven experience with implementation/optimisation of Data Governance.
• 2 years of proven experience with UML.

Skills:

• Proficiency with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Microsoft Azure).
• Knowledge of Exadata Oracle.
• Knowledge of Python and SAS.
• Experience with TOGAF methodology.
• Fluent in French and Dutch, and fluent in English.
