For a client, we are seeking a Power BI Support Specialist:

Start Date: January 6, 2025
End Date: January 31, 2026

Location: Brussel

Responsibilities:

• PowerBI Development and Optimization:
  • Design, develop, and maintain PowerBI dashboards.
  • Optimize data models and workflows.
  • Ensure dashboards meet business needs and are user-friendly.
• Documentation:
  • Create and update technical documentation for PowerBI solutions.
  • Document best practices and procedural guides.
• Support and Troubleshooting:
  • Provide technical support and advice for MAC and Health & Safety applications.
  • Proactively resolve incidents and service requests.
• Bug Fixes and New Developments:
  • Track and resolve bugs in Health & Safety dashboards.
  • Implement new functionalities in existing dashboards.
• Industrial Preparation:
  • Prepare Health & Safety dashboards for industrialization.
  • Collaborate on developing structural solutions for large-scale implementation.
  • Evaluate solutions for industrialization requirements.
• Collaboration, Communication, and Requirement Gathering:
  • Work with IT and business teams to align PowerBI solutions with objectives.
  • Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Review and consider automation and updates for existing dashboards.
• Process Improvements:
  • Identify and implement process enhancements using Power BI and Power Apps.
• Backup PowerBI Support (H&S / Assets):
  • Provide backup support for Power BI operations related to MAC or H&S.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience with PowerBI, including backend (database and semantic models).
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Health & Safety dashboards and MAC is highly desired.
• Fluent in French or Dutch, and fluent in English.
