For a client we are seeking a Senior Business Information Analyst/Product Engineer. This role is critical for the modernization of systems and will be at the forefront of projects to digitalize.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a central figure within the center of competence, possessing detailed knowledge of people, functions, processes, systems, and tools.
• Build bridges between vendors, and IT to define business requirements and implement systems.
• Manage the day-to-day sustain activities of running systems and solutions.
• Coordinate and champion change within the sector, considering regulatory and complexity aspects.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and visits to gather business requirements, processes, and data.
• Analyze and prioritize requirements to establish a global standard applicable across all.
• Prepare test scenarios & cases and execute tests in collaboration with end-users and IT colleagues.
• Support end-user training and implementation coordination across business and IT.
• Define and support integration projects between operational systems.
• Drive on-time and quality go-live of new digital solutions.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in maintenance and IT systems.

Desired Skills:

• Problem-solving aptitude with logical thinking about systems and processes.
• Coordination skills with the ability to act with limited oversight.
• Experience in Business Requirements Management (BRM) techniques.
• Proficiency in PC skills and IT aptitude, including Office365.
• Experience with collaborative tools such as Teams, JIRA, Confluence.
• Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., QTest) and service management tools (e.g., Service Now).
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, PMI).

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.

This role is based in Vlaams-Brabant and requires on-site presence.
