For a client, we are seeking an experienced Functional/Technical Analyst. This role is critical in identifying business problems, mapping out solutions, and ensuring these are developed and integrated within the enterprise production environment.

On-site Requirements: 50% on-site & 50% homeworking

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business analysts and clients to reflect on solutions, propose alternatives, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and strategy.
• Collaborate with architects to establish the project architecture and maintain close coordination with project managers, asset managers, and product owners.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional requirements during the elaboration phase.
• Design application solutions, detailing impacts on application components as specified in the architecture.
• Align with technical teams to specify their requirements and support suppliers during development, integration, and testing phases.
• Analyze defects during the test phase and support release and deployment teams.
• Provide post-production support to operational entities and helpdesks, analyze production incidents, and coordinate solutions.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 7 years of relevant experience in IT Functional Analysis.
• Strong functional and technical knowledge in a distributed environment.
• Proficiency in analysis methodology.
• Practical experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies.

Desired Skills:

• Java development skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of the technical domain.
• Rigorous, methodical, and analytical approach.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Team player with the ability to adapt quickly and easily.

Language Proficiency:

• Dutch: Proficiency in a national language, preferably French.
