Rol
•             Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy
•             Align the product vision and strategy with customer/end-user needs and company goals
•             Build the product backlog and prioritize user stories together with the scrum team
•             Ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations and business goals
•             Follow agile processes and methodologies and ensure the delivery of a maximum business value on time
•             Ensure product testing and documentation is complete and thorough

Skills
•             You have proven knowledge in data products, and customer/user journeys
•             You have experience in Agile Development, with specific Product Owner experience
•             Good level of Dutch and/or French and English is required.
•             You are a strong communicator with the ability to communicate complex messages to diverse stakeholders and trade-offs and tell a compelling story
•             Able to coach team on Agile practices and ensure adherence to Agile methodology to deliver max business value on time
•             Critical thinker who is passionate to challenge status quo to find new solutions and drive out of the box ideas – you love and embrace change & innovation
•             You are not afraid to ‘roll up the sleeves’ and go outside comfort zone to learn – push the team to do same
