On-site Requirements: Expectation of 50% on-site work and 50% homeworking

Role Description:

As an IT Functional Analyst - Expert, you will be responsible for identifying business problems and requirements and developing solutions that can be integrated into the enterprise production environment. You will analyze costs and benefits, design detailed solutions, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business analysts and clients to propose solutions that align with the company's architecture and strategy.
• Work closely with architects to establish the solution's architecture.
• Serve as a liaison between clients, business analysts, and IT teams, coordinating asset teams for a unified approach.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional requirements during the solution's functional elaboration.
• Design application solutions, identifying impacts on application components as specified in the architecture.
• Coordinate with technical teams to specify their requirements.
• Oversee development and testing to ensure the solution aligns with functional specifications.
• Provide technical definitions for components supported by various teams.
• Support suppliers during development, integration, and testing phases.
• Analyze defects during the test phase and coordinate solutions for production incidents.
• Maintain documentation and provide ad hoc support to operational entities post-deployment.

Required Experience and Knowledge:

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Functional and technical knowledge of IT systems.
• Proficiency in UML, API Design, and Microservices Design.

Business Experience:

• In-depth knowledge of the technical domain relevant to the role.
• Familiarity with analysis methodology.

Agile Requirements:

• Practical experience with Scrum and an Agile mindset.
• Experience in projects related to transaction, accounting, and flow systems.
