For a client, we are seeking a Data Engineer Expert to join an agile team focused on building a new Datawarehouse. This role is critical in analyzing, designing, and validating data models and requirements for development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze data extracts needed from operational systems to feed the raw data layer.
• Design and propagate data to the conformed layer based on business rules.
• Develop data models for the conformed layer and datamarts in the exposition layer to facilitate business consumption.
• Define requirements such as data models, data dictionary, and data mappings for developers.
• Validate developments and ensure data quality through rigorous testing.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in Data Warehouse construction or expansion.
• Proficiency in Data Analysis, Data Modelling, Data Mapping, and writing requirements for developers.
• Experience in testing Data Quality.

Desired Skills and Certifications:

• Certification in Data Modelling techniques related to Datawarehouse, Datahub, DataVault is advantageous.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Proficiency in Dutch and French is good to have.
