For a client, we are seeking an experienced E2E Process Expert to join a dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring operational efficiency and optimizing business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the Tribe’s end-to-end business process strategy and documentation.
• Optimize processes to reduce cost-to-serve by leveraging automation and industrialization.
• Enrich and update processes in the context of customer journey redesign.
• Analyze operational risks with the support of the relevant team.
• Document processes to align all contributors.
• Monitor and improve the performance and quality of product processes.
• Participate actively in the Squad's life and ceremonies, sharing Agile values and principles.
• Assist in end-to-end testing within the Squad in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Orchestrate the resolution of incident management and follow up on corrective actions.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Aris).
