Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with an agile team to design, build, and test software within a limited timeframe.
• Apply a range of skills including analysis, design, development, testing, and integration to contribute to team deliverables.
• Focus on completing the sprint backlog as determined by the Product Owner.
• Adhere to scrum values of focus, commitment, openness, respect, and courage.
• Engage in knowledge sharing, open communication, and continuous learning to enhance team performance.
• Promote continuous improvement in software and hardware delivery speed and operational quality.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in mainframe development.
• Proficiency in common development languages used in the domain (Cobol, IMS/DB2).
• Excellent understanding of architecture including hardware, operating systems, networking, databases, and middleware.
• Familiarity with methods, standards, and security procedures as well as development tools.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with integration using different technologies (distributed/mainframe) and infrastructure components.
• Development experience in MFE/EDZ is preferable.
• Knowledge of agile methodology is mandatory.

Language Proficiency:

• English proficiency required.
• Active knowledge of at least one local language and passive knowledge of the other.
