For a client we are seeking a HR Specialist (Senior Level 6-9 years) to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is set to commence on February 3, 2025, and will conclude on July 31, 2025.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with key stakeholders to source, select, and hire qualified candidates at various levels.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience for all participants.
- Develop sourcing strategies to build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
- Drive the offer process, including building compensation proposals and packages.
- Organize and represent at external job fairs, conferences, and community/industry events.
- Conduct management reporting and data analysis to inform decision-making.
- Lead and contribute to regional and global projects aimed at transforming the hiring experience and developing employer branding initiatives.
- Collaborate with the HR department to share knowledge, best practices, and experiences.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6-9 years of experience as a freelance recruiter within a corporate environment.
- Up-to-date knowledge of sourcing methodologies and a strong track record of networking.
- Expertise in competency-based interviewing.
- Experience with IT recruitment and international recruitment.
- Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Collaborative team worker, well-organized, able to work autonomously, and possess a growth mindset.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard in terms of quality of output.
Work Location:
Operating from Brussel, with 2 days on-site requirement.
