For a client, we are seeking an Operational Security Engineer - Expert to join our team. This role is critical in supporting our IT Continuity & Resilience Officer within the Cluster of Resiliency, ensuring the standardization of IT Continuity and Resilience plans and exercises across the organization.

End Date: 31/03/2025

Responsibilities:

• Define and promote the Continuity & Resilience aspects of the IT Strategy.
• Steer and supervise the management of IT Continuity and IT Resilience.
• Establish and implement policies, reference frameworks, methods, and tools for managing IT Continuity, IT Resilience, and Cyber Resilience risks.
• Report on IT Continuity and Resilience and coordinate initiatives related to Cyber Resilience.
• Manage and follow-up on the delivery and validation of Application Impact Analysis (AIA), Continuity Run Book (CRB), and Disaster Recovery (DR) Unitary Exercise documents.
• Serve as the main contact for several tribes on all resiliency topics.
• Facilitate the planning and execution of DR exercises, including risk identification and mitigation planning.

Required Experience and Knowledge:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a resiliency engineer, security engineer, OPS engineer, or Architect.
• Strong interest in the Resiliency domain with the ability to provide a clear overview of resiliency expectations and challenges to stakeholders.

Technical Experience:

• Mandatory knowledge of technology landscape, stakeholder management, and communication best practices.
• Proficiency in architecture and technical diagrams with the ability to review and validate them on resiliency topics.
• Understanding of processes and procedures.
• Preferable experience with Windows, Linux, Mainframe, Cloud, Application development, Databases, Middleware, etc.
