For a client, we are seeking a Junior IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team.
This full-time position is based in Vlaams-Brabant, and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the European Head Office's IT support operations.

Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite IT support for end-user devices, including laptops, desktops, and mobile phones.
- Undergo comprehensive training on products, services, and support issues.
- Collaborate with experienced colleagues to master technical troubleshooting and organizational processes.
- Contribute to process optimization and automation initiatives.
- Ensure customer-centric support in alignment with the IT organization's standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
- Basic hardware knowledge for troubleshooting.
- Experience with ServiceNow for incident management is a plus.

- Native Dutch speaker with excellent English proficiency (both written and spoken).
- Highly organized, action-oriented, and an attentive listener.

Certifications:
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Outlook).
