For a client we are seeking an experienced IT Architect to join a dynamic team focusing on the Mobile/Client Domain, with an emphasis on web and CRM aspects. This full-time position is set to commence in January 2025 and will conclude at the end of December 2025.
Start Date: January 6, 2025
End Date: December 31, 2025
Location: Henegouwen + Remote Work Option
On-site Requirement: Minimum 2 days per week (additional on-site presence may be required based on project needs)
Role Overview:
The IT Architect will be instrumental in developing applications related to customer interactions, including call centers, CMS, websites, and CCM, primarily hosted on Azure Cloud. The role also involves contributing to the implementation of a CRM tool and participating in strategic IT architecture projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design solution architecture that meets business needs, aligns with IT standards, and integrates with the existing IT landscape.
- Collaborate with technical and application designers to ensure consistency and alignment.
- Define and document architectural requirements, evaluate solution gaps, and present to the Architecture Committee for validation.
- Guide project teams during solution implementation, identify architectural risks, and adapt to evolving requirements.
- Maintain high-quality documentation and participate in lessons learned sessions with a focus on architectural insights.
- Share feedback with enterprise and solution architects, and contribute to defining IT architectural principles and frameworks.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Solution Architect in IT projects.
- Extensive knowledge of web architecture design (5+ years).
- Strong background in service-oriented architecture (SOA) (3+ years).
- Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud and integration tools.
- Expertise in headless CMS solutions.
- Proficiency in UML modeling techniques.
- Demonstrated experience with CRM systems.
Desired Skills and Certifications:
- Knowledge of Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions such as Exstream/OpenText.
- Familiarity with contact center environments (e.g., Genesys).
- Understanding of Scrum methodology.
- Knowledge of TOGAF framework.
- Experience in mobile architecture.
Language Proficiency Requirements:
- French: C2 level (CEFR).
- English: B1 level or higher.
