For a client we are looking for a Senior Network Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Operate a globally available Datacenter network environment with no downtime.
• Manage and execute projects to enhance network resiliency and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in a production environment with minimal downtime.
• Design and implement telecommunications solutions, both new and existing.
• Design and build a lab/test environment similar to production environments.
• Resolve issues with adjacent devices in the network (server, FW, Application FW, Load Balancers, etc.).

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• 4+ years of network experience.
• Extensive knowledge of LAN/WLAN/WAN.
• Extensive knowledge of network and routing protocols.
• Extensive knowledge of L2/L3.
• Extensive knowledge of Cisco infrastructure.
• Experience with Cisco ACI and Cisco DNAC environments.
• Experience with Checkpoint/Palo Alto firewalls.
• CISCO CCNA/CCNP certification.
• Experience with Linux and Windows servers on the network.
• Effective communication skills in English, both oral and written.

Desired Skills and Certifications:

• Cisco CCIE/CCSE certification.
• Knowledge of network security.
• Knowledge of system and application security.
• Expertise in Checkpoint/Palo Alto Firewalls.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Fluent in Dutch, verbal.
