Opportunity: SAP S/4 - Local Key User PP-PI

Location: Walloon Brabant

Responsibilities:

• Project Activities Contribution:
  • Participate in testing activities as part of the migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, focusing on data migration verification.
  • Actively engage in validation tests and contribute to training activities for end users.
• Documentation and Process Translation:
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure system documentation is translated into Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• First Point of Contact for Users:
  • Serve as the primary contact for field users, including operators and local users.
  • Assist in resolving issues during testing and training phases.
• Collaboration and Support:
  • Work closely with Local Key Users and project teams.
  • Maintain regular communication with end users and other Local Key Users to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Provide support to the Key User community under supervision.

Required Skills:

• SAP Knowledge: Proficiency in SAP, particularly in the PP (Production Planning) and PI (Process Integration) modules.
• Manufacturing Process Knowledge: Experience in manufacturing processes.
• MES Interaction: Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is an asset.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in French is mandatory; English is necessary for international communication.
• Autonomy and Flexibility: Ability to quickly become autonomous and work flexibly based on project and production needs.

Work Environment:

• Remote work is possible initially, with a preference for on-site presence. There may be an option for 3 days on-site per week, depending on production requirements.
• Integration into a Key User community managed by a team leader, with approximately ten Key Users at the site.
