Mission Context:

Join a dynamic IT department working in Agile mode, where you will be empowered to manage your own technical domain. You will be focusing on the development and management of VoIP and Unified Communication systems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead automation and deployment initiatives.
• Provide guidance on best practice guidelines for automation.
• Develop and maintain tools for troubleshooting and monitoring voice infrastructure.
• Automate and execute operational sysadmin tasks.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Good in one of the two local languages + English
• French: Good in one of the two local languages + English
• English: Good

Education:

• Bachelor or Master Degree or equivalent by experience.
• Relevant professional IT certifications are a plus.

Experience and Knowledge Required:

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in central telephony infrastructure (Oracle SBC & SIP Router, Cisco CUCM).
• Proficiency in scripting (bash, perl, python, powershell, VBA) and using APIs (REST & SOAP).
• Knowledge of LINUX, encryption mechanisms, and GIT.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools.
• Basic knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Servers & Active Directory.
• Understanding of telephony protocols, especially SIP & RTP.
