Payroll Advisor

Job Opportunity: Medior or Senior Payroll Advisor

Start Date: As soon as possible

End Date: 15/03/2025 with a possibility of extension

Location: Aartselaar (3 days on site and 2 days remote)

Regime: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Payroll Processing
    • Ensure timely and accurate processing of salaries for all permanent employees.
    • Follow-up on all administrative tasks such as new hires, exits, salary simulations, mutations, work accidents, illness, overtime, etc.
    • Closure of payrolls.
    • Administrative follow-up of insurances (Assusoft).
  • Personnel Administration
    • Manage employment contracts, including drafting, extending, and terminating contracts.
    • Maintain leave requests, absenteeism, and other forms of absence.
    • Keep personnel files up-to-date.
  • Compliance and Legislation
    • Ensure the organization complies with all relevant local, national, and international laws and regulations regarding payroll and personnel management.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Create payroll and personnel reports.
    • Analyze payroll and personnel data to identify trends and implement improvements.
  • Process Optimization
    • Identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency and accuracy of payroll and personnel administration.
    • Make reflex to adjust documentation and processes.
    • Utilize technology and software to automate manual processes and improve accuracy.

Required Skills

  • Office 365: Expert
  • SAP: Nice to have
  • Languages: Fluent in Dutch or French; English is a nice to have
