Job Opportunity: Medior or Senior Payroll Advisor
Start Date: As soon as possible
End Date: 15/03/2025 with a possibility of extension
Location: Aartselaar (3 days on site and 2 days remote)
Regime: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Payroll Processing
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of salaries for all permanent employees.
- Follow-up on all administrative tasks such as new hires, exits, salary simulations, mutations, work accidents, illness, overtime, etc.
- Closure of payrolls.
- Administrative follow-up of insurances (Assusoft).
- Personnel Administration
- Manage employment contracts, including drafting, extending, and terminating contracts.
- Maintain leave requests, absenteeism, and other forms of absence.
- Keep personnel files up-to-date.
- Compliance and Legislation
- Ensure the organization complies with all relevant local, national, and international laws and regulations regarding payroll and personnel management.
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Create payroll and personnel reports.
- Analyze payroll and personnel data to identify trends and implement improvements.
- Process Optimization
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency and accuracy of payroll and personnel administration.
- Make reflex to adjust documentation and processes.
- Utilize technology and software to automate manual processes and improve accuracy.
Required Skills
- Office 365: Expert
- SAP: Nice to have
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch or French; English is a nice to have
