Opportunity: Senior Business / Functional Analyst with Strong Technical Affinity

Your Responsibilities:

• Needs Analysis: Mapping business needs through workshops, interviews, and document analysis.
• Process Modeling: Analyzing, optimizing, and documenting business processes.
• Functional Specifications: Drafting clear and detailed functional requirements and user stories for technical teams.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, including IT teams, project managers, and end users.
• Technical Affinity: Working closely with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business needs.
• Testing & Validation: Guiding user acceptance tests (UAT) and ensuring seamless implementation of solutions.

What We Are Looking For In You:

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a business or functional analyst.
• Technical Affinity: Strong knowledge of IT concepts such as databases, APIs, software development, and system integration.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to quickly understand complex problems and structure solutions.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills.
• Methodology: Experience with agile/scrum methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and BPMN.
