Division: Technology Management Services (TMS)

Role: Business Analyst Senior - Individual Contributor

Responsibilities:

• Manage the outsourcing lifecycle with strategic service providers, including contracts, performance, and supplier relationship management.
• Ensure services delivered by partners are fit-for-purpose, meet quality standards, and provide value for money.
• Collaborate with IT and non-IT stakeholders such as Supply Chain, Legal, and Risk Management.
• Maintain partners’ operating models compliant with required evolutions while sustaining performance and relationship management.
• Follow up on governance, risk, and compliance related to outsourcing activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of SPVM experience.
• Good understanding of agile methodologies and related KPIs.
• Ability to create, negotiate, and manage relationships with global vendors.
• Experience in running project streams with a consulting mindset.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to deal with cross-cultural differences and work in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Service delivery management experience and experience in an offshoring context are assets.
• Understanding of the financial post-trade industry is useful.
• Technical skills such as Excel expertise and PowerBI are a plus.
