For a client, we are seeking an Expert in Workplace as a Service.

Experience Required:

Only candidates with more than 10 years of experience will be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expertise in security features, complex password policies, and PAM.
• Manage software distribution (SCCM/MDM) and security updates for Windows 10/11.
• Oversee staging and VDI image creation and maintenance.
• Manage security (PC), firewall, Defender Endpoint, and GPO.
• Support Windows L3 Endpoint Build (Laptop, Desktop, RFP, material choice) and L3 for Mobile Devices, Audio/Video meeting rooms, Scanners, and Printer infrastructure.
• Collaborate with service owners and other teams on software deployment and security fixes.
• Work with automation and orchestration platforms to automate processes.
• Contribute to the development of standards and best practices for the Workplace platform.
• Mentor colleagues in new technologies or practices.
• Maintain and administer existing workplace platform tools.
• Collaborate with Platform teams, IT Services, and Software Development to solve problems and progress work.
• Participate in problem analysis to prevent recurrence.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Expert knowledge of contemporary software distribution tooling and best practices.
• Strong experience in deploying and administering cloud VDI solutions.
• Excellent programming experience with PowerShell, and basic scripting ability with Python or JavaScript.
• Experience in a large-scale, 24/7 enterprise environment.
• Strong experience with public and private cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Expert knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Defender, and Intune.
• Keen interest in industry trends, particularly related to cloud and endpoint security.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong focus on security aspects.
• Immediate deployability to support Intune, GPO, SCCM, Active Directory, Azure, and Defender.
• In-depth knowledge of SourceControl (GIT and Gitlab), PowerShell, AWS cloud, and Azure cloud.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, AWS EKS, Openshift, and experience with microservices and Cloud Readiness is a plus.
• Familiarity with AWX (Ansible Tower) and Terraform is nice to have.

• Participate in weekly day-to-day support and continuous service.
• Support the technologies listed above.
• Engage in ICT projects focusing on the workplace platform and related technologies.
• Contribute to the development of the workplace platform.
