Role Description

As a Process Engineer, you will be part of the Market side Cluster, working within the Transactional squad. You will play a crucial role in managing the review of user guides for our applications. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with Business and IT partners to ensure solutions align with customer needs and the organization's strategy, focusing on operational efficiency and risk management. You will work closely with the Product Owner to define solutions and implement or review business processes and flows, ensuring end-to-end management from customer request to product/service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate in ideation phases with Business and IT partners.
• Define and implement business processes and flows with the Product Owner.
• Ensure adequate change management and design improvements in the client's journey.
• Collaborate with the IT development team to ensure all necessary information is available.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and report on the status of features.
• Lead changes within the Tribe/Squads and collect, understand, and challenge stakeholder needs.
• Document current processes and tools and lead changes in the Net (CSC INVEST).

Qualifications and Experience

• Passion for the investment world and curiosity about process flows (Mainframe).
• Ability to understand and unify stakeholder needs.
• Independent, proactive, and experienced in leading projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Team player with the ability to present analysis results at different management levels.
• Basic knowledge of Agile working methods is an asset.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to structure and model.
• Efficient facilitator and communicator, both orally and in writing.
• Strong ability to convince, influence, and negotiate.
• Driven and tenacious in finding creative solutions.
• Customer-oriented and driven to meet expectations.
• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
