Role Description:

The ITomium Project Manager (ISM) will play a crucial role in the Cloud Migration initiative, responsible for managing the migration of applications from legacy systems to a cloud environment. The role involves overseeing one or several migration releases, ensuring that each application follows the defined migration process, and is completed on time and within budget. The position requires managing a large number of stakeholders and contributors across various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track the progress of application migrations.
• Anticipate issues and propose solutions.
• Ensure the availability of deliverables such as architecture, security, release, and testing.
• Monitor and manage project risks, ensuring adherence to gating principles.
• Collaborate with teams to overcome hurdles and deliver results.
• Contribute to the preparation of the Migration Board and share feedback with other project managers.
• Facilitate communication between business units and stakeholders.

Language Requirements:

• English: Proficient
• French: Proficiency is a plus
• Dutch: Proficiency is a plus

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in IT and IT project management.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of IT processes (architecture, testing, release) and Agile methodology is advantageous.
