Role Description:

We are looking for a Project Manager to support a transformation program. The successful candidate will drive one or more specific topics of the program, adhering to program standards and ambitions. Responsibilities include deep-diving into content and producing deliverables such as problem statements, solution analyses, and recommendations.

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: Business proficiency
• French: Business proficiency
• English: Business proficiency (Oral and written)

Required Experience/Knowledge:

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in large transformation projects
• Technical experience with MS Office: PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, Word
• Business analysis experience is preferable
• Mandatory business experience, preferably in banking
• Experience within similar organizations is an advantage
• Client servicing and back-office experience
