Responsibilities and Tasks:
Lead the project team and ensure effective collaboration among all involved parties.
Develop and execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource management in coordination with the involved product teams.
Organize and manage necessary consultation bodies, with clear roles, agreements, and KPIs.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of project results according to established quality standards.
Identify and mitigate risks that may affect the progress and success of the project.
Ensure continuous improvement of processes and methodologies within the project.
Implement the continuity of a scalable, working application, including underlying processes.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in project management (governance, business process management, budget management).
Knowledge of project methodologies such as Prince2 and Agile.
Experience in the sector with setting up projects and processes with employee-customer journeys across multiple interaction channels (minimum 3 years).
Experience in stakeholder management and managing stakeholder expectations.
At least 5 years of experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of laws and regulations, including GDPR.
General Skills:
At least 8 years of experience as a Program Manager in infrastructure or development projects.
At least 15 years of experience in infrastructure or development projects.
Dutch language proficiency at European CEFR level C2.
Experience with project management techniques and tools (risk management, issue management).
Knowledge and experience with ITIL.
Knowledge and experience with program management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, MSP.
