Opportunity: Senior ServiceNow Engineer

Duration: 3-6 months with the possibility of extension

Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Engineer specializing in the HR module to join our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate should be able to quickly integrate into our team and independently contribute to the implementation of two projects shortly after onboarding. Our current objective is to enhance our onboarding procedure currently running on ServiceNow by transitioning to version 2. Additionally, several modifications to existing ServiceNow forms and workflows are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Autonomously participate in the implementation of two projects within ServiceNow.
• Improve the existing onboarding procedure by transitioning to version 2.
• Modify and optimize existing ServiceNow forms and workflows.
• Collaborate with a team of 5 members (2 internal, 3 external) to set priorities and meet deadlines.
• Utilize existing knowledge from the team, including our current expert on the ServiceNow HR module, to facilitate the project.
• Work closely with IT and business project teams to integrate the modules into the existing environment.

Requirements:

• Certified ServiceNow Consultant (HR Enterprise SD)
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch, with a good knowledge of English
