Mission Context
The Process Engineer will document a holistic view of the organization’s strategy, processes, information, and information technology assets. This role involves using multiple models or views to ensure that the current and future needs of the organization are met efficiently, sustainably, and adaptably. The goal is to integrate business needs, capabilities, technology, and processes effectively.
Function Description
As an E2E Process Manager, the Process Engineer will:
- Define and implement new business (sub)processes in line with "Business Architecture" principles and strategic objectives.
- Adjust and improve existing processes for customer satisfaction, efficiency, and risk management.
- Contribute to defining needs and testing application changes.
- Monitor and assess existing processes, identifying improvements.
- Conduct analyses and studies on process improvements.
- Communicate with all involved parties to implement changes effectively.
- Create and maintain clear documentation for process standardization and incident resolution.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines.
The Process Engineer will guide changes by:
- Identifying needs and managing change processes to ensure mastery of new or changed processes.
- Providing follow-up and user support post-implementation.
In collaboration with Business and IT partners, the Process Engineer will participate in ideation phases to ensure solutions align with customer needs, the organization's strategy, and efficiency and risk management objectives.
Agile Working Environment
The Process Engineer will be part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for defining, building, testing, and implementing products or services. The role involves executing the sprint backlog with stories prioritized by the Product Owner.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience.

Required Knowledge/Experience
6 years of experience in a relevant field/domain.
Technical Experience
- Mandatory: Good knowledge of specific tools for process management.
- Preferable: Process certification track completion.
Business Experience
- Mandatory: Knowledge of the business context, process improvement methods, and risk management.
- Preferable: Notions of business architecture, automation, and data management.
