Roles and Responsibilities
- Pre-frame the project by establishing the complete roadmap.
- Assist the sponsor in defining the project: scope, objectives, assumptions, dependencies, and impacts.
- Define the governance of activities by integrating into the overall governance defined by the PMO.
- Integrate all stakeholders (business, architects, change management, infrastructure, application teams, etc.).
- Plan the project ensuring resource and skill allocation to guarantee proper execution.
- Manage the project scope to meet business needs.
- Ensure budget management and business case tracking.
- Deliver products with the appropriate level of quality, on time, and within budget.
- Manage dependencies and interfaces with other concerned projects/applications.
- Handle encountered issues and implement necessary actions.
- Anticipate and manage risks.
- Prepare the transition to IT or operational maintenance teams.
- Manage communication with all stakeholders.
- Organize reporting in accordance with the PMO governance framework.

Required Qualifications
- At least one experience on an S/4HANA project.
- Minimum 4 years of project management experience.
- Several proven experiences on SAP projects.
- Proven experience with a project management methodology.
- Fluency in French (C2 level).
- Proven experience with a project management tool, ideally Microsoft Project and Jira.
- Proven experience with MS Office.
The services are mainly to be performed on-site in Liège, with the possibility of remote work up to one day per week.
