Job Opportunity: Manager/Mgmt Profile for Web/Development Teams

For a client in Schaarbeek, we are looking for an experienced manager/mgmt profile to lead three web/development teams.

• Work Regime: 1 to 2 days onsite in Schaarbeek, 5 days per week

Context and Responsibilities

As a Service Delivery Manager (SDM), your role consists of 50% People Management and 50% Service Delivery. You will lead three Agile teams, consisting of approximately 20 people, and report directly to the department director. The teams are responsible for:

• Managing and optimizing MEAN stack applications (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js).
• Overseeing the development and implementation of Outsystems applications.
• Coordinating the development and maintenance of websites in Acquia.

Tasks and Deliverables

• Leading Agile & self-organizing teams to ensure the follow-up of various projects.
• Coaching and motivating the team to achieve set goals.
• Contributing to the overall policy of the ICT department and determining common ICT priorities.
• Working on the continuous improvement of customer service.
• Ensuring accessible and customer-oriented service delivery.
• Motivating employees, distributing responsibilities, and evaluating team members.
• Coordinating activities related to the strategic roadmap of the domain.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in a people management role in a large organization.
• Experience with agile working methods is a must.
• Strong result and customer satisfaction oriented.
• Ambition to contribute to the personal development of employees and process optimization.
• Very good knowledge of French, Dutch, and English is required.
