For a client in Limburg, we are looking for a Multi-Team Scrummaster.

End Date: 13/03/2026 (extendable by 12 months)

Job Description:

As a Scrummaster, you are responsible for guiding multiple teams within a SCRUM environment. You support the self-management of the teams and promote a positive team dynamic. You coach the SCRUM team to deliver digital solutions faster that meet customer demands.

Core Tasks:

• Organize, facilitate, and coach SCRUM events such as sprint planning, refinement, sprint reviews, sprint retrospectives, and daily scrum.
• Support the product owner in managing and prioritizing the backlog.
• Ensure an effective sprint review meeting as a demo for stakeholders.
• Participate in the team and act as a bridge between the team and other stakeholders.
• Report transparently on the team's functioning and progress.
• Encourage a positive team climate and practice the SCRUM values: commitment, courage, focus, openness, and respect.
• Coach the team and remove obstacles that may hinder goals.
• Enhance team productivity through continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience as a full-time Scrum Master or Agile coach.
• Experience in transitioning to a SCRUM operation.
• Experience in guiding a SCRUM community.
• Experience in coaching mixed teams (Business + IT).
• Experience in coaching scrummasters.
• Experience in facilitating and guiding teams and group dynamics.
• Experience in facilitating online workshops with tools like Jira, Confluence, Mural, MS Teams.
• Experience working with different SCRUM teams on one product (Multi-Team Scrum).
• Experience with Liberating Structures.
• Systemic coaching (ORSC) is required.
• Experience in organizing and guiding Mob programming sessions is a plus.
• LESS certificate is a plus.

General Skills:

• At least 8 years of experience with Agile project operation (SCRUM) and agile values and principles.
• Experience with Agile tools.
• Experience with distributed teams is a plus.
• Support for the Product Owner is a plus.
• Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2.
