Job Opportunity: Medior Business Analyst

Start Date: As soon as possible

Regime: Full-time, 2 days in the office

Location: Brussels

Languages: Dutch and French (one as native language, the other at least at B2 level), English is a plus

Job Description:

As a Business Analyst, you will support departments in projects aimed at digitizing and optimizing business processes. You will play an active role in various projects within a bilingual environment.

Responsibilities:

• Organize meetings and workshops to understand and map business processes.
• Prepare documentation for process definition, usable for developers.
• Translate business language into ICT language.
• Ensure that the implemented solution matches the described solution.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Fluent in one of the national languages (NL-FR) and good knowledge of the other.
• Experience with Agile projects.
• Familiar with test preparation and coordination.
• Experience in managing and organizing workshops and analyzing requirements.
• Willingness to work at least 2 days a week in the office.

Desired Skills:

• Confirmed experience in Business Analysis, BPMN, Business-IT Alignment, and Project Management.
• Active knowledge of Dutch and French, passive knowledge of English.
