Project Opportunity: Functional/Business Analyst with SAP SuccessFactors Expertise

Project Duration:

As soon as possible until 31/08/2025 (7 months, full-time)

Work Location:

Brussels, with the possibility of remote work 2 days a week.

Mission Context:

As part of the digital transformation program, we need an expert to work closely with the Talent Manager and the transformation team to develop Power APPs. These applications must meet the identified functional needs and integrate within the existing governance and security standards.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Talent Manager to identify the functional needs of the Power APPs.
• Analyze processes and define functional requirements.
• Work with the transformation team to establish governance and security standards.
• Develop solutions for data transfer and history in compliance with GDPR.
• Document functional needs and processes, and validate with process owners.
• Organize iterations with the supplier to facilitate the implementation of Power APPs.
• Execute tests, coordinate the UAT phase, and deployment on the field.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Analytical and critical skills.
• Ability to coordinate and manage priorities.
• Structured and results-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Respect for confidentiality rules and a sense of ethics.

Required Languages:

• Dutch or French
• English

Additional Information:

• The mission can be extended up to a maximum of 880 working days.
• A confidentiality agreement must be signed before the start of the mission.
