Opportunity: Kotlin (Java) Developer

Job Description:

Within the business unit "Business Platform Services," we are looking for a Kotlin (Java) developer to strengthen our team. The focus is on building an API platform with an accompanying front-end application. This platform serves both our own front-end and integrators such as municipalities, notaries, and brokers.

Responsibilities and Activities:

• Develop APIs and web applications.
• Collaborate in a team using TDD, pair, and ensemble/mob programming.
• Contribute to the development of Single Page Applications (SPA) with Javascript/Typescript.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 5 years of experience in developing Kotlin (Java) based applications.
• At least 2 years of experience in developing Single Page Applications (SPA) with Javascript/Typescript.
• Experience with TDD.
• Basic knowledge of DDD and hexagonal/clean architecture or ports & adapters.

Desired Skills and Certifications:

• Proven experience with VueJS or an equivalent SPA framework such as Angular or React.
• Experience in functional analysis.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Azure is a plus.

Language Requirements:

Fluent in Dutch at European CEFR level C2.
