Job Opportunity: Business Process and Cyber Security Specialist

For a client, we are seeking a skilled professional for the following position:

Job Title: Business Process and Cyber Security Specialist

Start Date: 03/03/2025

End Date: 31/12/2025

Location: Brussels (Onsite presence required at least 2 days per week)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive business process assessments.
• Manage and engage with stakeholders effectively.
• Ensure compliance with NIS or NIS2 standards.
• Develop and document governance processes, policies, and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with GRC, risk, or similar teams to enhance security measures.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process assessment and stakeholder management.
• At least 1 year of knowledge or experience in compliance with NIS or NIS2.
• Over 5 years of experience in cyber security.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in governance processes, policy writing, and process documentation.
• At least 5 years of experience in security and/or risk management.
• Master’s degree is required.

Desired Skills and Certifications:

• Proficiency in English at C1 level.
• Proficiency in French or Dutch at C2 level.
• Proficiency in an additional language at C1 level.
