Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with market experience to join our Transformation team, focusing on key transformation initiatives. The primary responsibility of this role is to contribute to projects aimed at transforming our legacy CMS system into modernized applications, incorporating both technical and functional enhancements.

The Business Analyst will initially focus on two critical domains: Settle and Measure, ensuring seamless integration of all related processes and functionalities into the new application. For settlement, a project has already been initiated, but support is needed for our export to analyze Functional Design, change documentation, and assist in setting up and conducting tests. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Skills Required

• Proven experience as a Business or Functional Analyst (5-10 years)
• Proven experience in Business Process development and optimization (5-10 years)
• Proven experience in coaching, training, and conducting workshops
• Proven experience in the energy market (5-10 years)
• Fluent in French or Dutch, with good knowledge of English
• Scrum certification or experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master
• Proven experience in Stakeholder Management
• Proven experience with Problem & Change Management Tools (e.g., Topdesk, Azure DevOps, Jira, Landesk)
