Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Ad Interim Manager Software Development to lead our IT Solutions team for a period of 6 to 9 months. This team consists of software architects, developers, and data engineers working with a modern technology stack. The ideal candidate has a proven track record as an interim manager and combines strategic insight with deep technological knowledge and strong people skills.

Your Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: You will set a clear vision for the team and ensure the continuity of ongoing projects.
• Technological Insight: You have in-depth knowledge of our technology stack and know how to optimally utilize it for the organization.
• People Management: You will coach and motivate the team, ensure good collaboration between internal and external employees, and promote an innovative and productive work environment.

Your Profile:

• At least 10 years of experience in IT management, with several proven interim assignments.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of at least 15 people.
• Strong strategic and conceptual thinking, combined with hands-on technical knowledge.
• Proven experience with our technology stack and guiding digital transformation processes.
