Mission Context

The Functional Analyst will identify business problems and requirements, mapping out solutions for integration into the enterprise production environment. Responsibilities include cost-benefit analysis, detailed solution design, and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business analysts and clients to propose solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and strategy.
• Ensure client adherence to architectural standards and security protocols.
• Work with architects to establish architecture and collaborate with project managers, asset managers, and product owners.
• Coordinate with asset teams to ensure a unified understanding of client needs.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional requirements.
• Design application solutions and specify impacts on application components.
• Align with technical teams to specify requirements.
• Oversee development and testing to ensure coherence with functional specifications.
• Provide technical definitions for components supported by different teams.
• Support suppliers during development, integration, and testing phases.
• Analyze defects during testing and support release and deployment teams.
• Provide ad hoc support post-installation and analyze production incidents.

Required Experience/Knowledge

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Functional and technical knowledge of existing IT systems.
• Experience with BPM, sequence diagrams, and ULM.
• Knowledge of banking and technical domains.
• Familiarity with analysis methodologies and practical experience with Scrum.

Language Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Dutch and French.
• Proficient in English and at least one local language.
