Mission Context
The Functional Analyst will identify business problems and requirements, mapping out solutions for integration into the enterprise production environment. Responsibilities include cost-benefit analysis, detailed solution design, and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and strategy.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business analysts and clients to propose solutions aligned with enterprise architecture and strategy.
- Ensure client adherence to architectural standards and security protocols.
- Work with architects to establish architecture and collaborate with project managers, asset managers, and product owners.
- Coordinate with asset teams to ensure a unified understanding of client needs.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional requirements.
- Design application solutions and specify impacts on application components.
- Align with technical teams to specify requirements.
- Oversee development and testing to ensure coherence with functional specifications.
- Provide technical definitions for components supported by different teams.
- Support suppliers during development, integration, and testing phases.
- Analyze defects during testing and support release and deployment teams.
- Provide ad hoc support post-installation and analyze production incidents.

Required Experience/Knowledge
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
- Functional and technical knowledge of existing IT systems.
- Experience with BPM, sequence diagrams, and ULM.
- Knowledge of banking and technical domains.
- Familiarity with analysis methodologies and practical experience with Scrum.
Language Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Dutch and French.
- Proficient in English and at least one local language.
