Job Description

The Asset Management Lifecycle value chain focuses on drafting, monitoring, and executing Asset Management Plans for networks and assets such as sewage, lighting, electricity, gas, and heat. The goal is to ensure these assets meet the needs according to benchmarks (performance, safety, cost-awareness, customer orientation, and sustainability). Your focus will be on the Network Management aspects of this chain.

We are transitioning to a uniform and future-oriented organization to tackle challenges such as the energy transition and synergy in long-term planning. This requires a strong approach in process management, organization, digitalization, and ICT tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze AS-IS processes and propose new/modified processes.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and information needs.
• Act as a bridge to ICT and information management.
• Take on various project roles depending on needs.
• Serve as an independent facilitator and coordinator.
• Build knowledge about processes within and outside Network Management.
• Use expertise to facilitate management decisions.
• Ensure compliance, customer orientation, and user-friendliness of process documentation.
• Provide support or conduct training and communication about processes.

Required Skills

• At least 3 years of experience in conducting in-depth (process) analyses.
• At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst.
• Experience with MS Office (PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.).
• Experience in the development and optimization of business processes (BPM).
• Experience with stakeholder management.
• Experience working in large enterprises (+1000 employees).
• Knowledge and experience in Asset Management.
• Experience in guiding change processes.
• Experience in facilitating workshops.
• At least 3 years of experience in project-based work (agile, scrum, prince2, etc.).
• Fluent in Dutch, French is a plus.
