Job Description:

You will be part of the Service Management team within the CIO Office, specifically the configuration & capacity management team. You are jointly responsible for monitoring and/or improving the data quality in our ITSM tool.

Technical Context:

As a Powershell programmer, you will take on the following tasks and responsibilities:

• Maintain and expand the Powershell scripts for capturing system and other data.
• Configuration Management (CDMB):
  • Ensure incoming data can be automatically read into a SharePoint portal or the ITSM tooling.
  • Check the (data) quality of reports and take necessary actions to correct them.
  • Organize and manage the transfer of new or modified scripts to ICT Monitoring.
  • Provide support for automations to support the Configuration Management Database (CMDB), with basic skills in CMDB ITIL.

Requirements:

• Higher education (Master or Bachelor) with a technical/engineering background or equivalent through experience with ICT technology.
• Proven experience with the relevant technology or a similar technology - mid-level (3 years).
• Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2.

Specific Skills:

• Proven experience with relational databases (SQL Server or similar) - Junior (2 years) - Must have.
• Proven experience with Powershell - Mid-level (3 years) - Must have.
• Proven experience with Powershell scripting - Mid-level (3 years) - Must have.
• Proven experience with .NET - Should have.
• Proven experience with Active Directory - Should have.
• Proven experience with ITIL - configuration management - Should have.
• Proven experience with PowerBI - Should have.

General Skills:

• Proven experience within a similar technology - Mid-level (3 years) - Must have.
• Higher education (Master or Bachelor) with a technical/engineering background or equivalent through experience with ICT technology - Must have.
• Proven experience as a support employee in an ICT infrastructure environment - Mid-level (3 years) - Should have.
• Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2 - Should have.
