Job Description

As a Support Medewerker Configuration Management, you will be part of the Service Management team within the CIO Office. You will support the service by performing repetitive operational tasks, making connections, and correcting where necessary. You will maintain contact with responsible services to gather the necessary information. Basic experience with Software Asset Management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize yourself with an environment with many ICT services, assets, and their relationships.
• Perform accurate data analysis based on raw data for operational usability.
• Monitor and correct the quality of supplied data of CIs.
• Contribute to the Configuration Management process and plan.
• Capture new basic components and ensure correct entry into the CMDB.
• Share and retain knowledge regarding relevant topics.
• Think about and develop further automation of operational tasks.
• Propose and implement operational improvements.
• Operate and expand (automatic) reporting with available data.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience with ITIL process Configuration Management (minimum 3 years).
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent through experience.
• Proven experience as a support employee in an ICT infrastructure environment (minimum 3 years).
• Experience in a similar business context (number of users > 1500).
• Proven experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL).
• Proven experience with PowerBI and software asset management.
• Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2.
• Language requirement: English at European CEFR level C2.
