Mission:

The project scope includes rolling out Sparx EA and Prolaborate as solutions for the operational and architectural repository.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the project management plan, including cost planning, resource planning, and scope description.
• Report on project status.
• Manage risks and interdependencies with other initiatives.
• Oversee team and activity planning.
• Address technical issues and necessary developments during the first implementation phase.
• Execute communication and change management.
• Manage the second implementation phase.
• Handle stakeholder management and expectations.
• Define a roadmap to enhance the quality, maturity, and content within the repository.
• Collaborate with a business analyst to define requirements and implement them within the available project budget.
• Ensure consistent and integrated documentation.
• Transition the project to product mode.
• Convert issue lists and needs inventory into a backlog.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect and Prolaborate solutions.
• Experience as a project manager in rolling out IT solutions.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• First language: English; second language: German, French, or Dutch.
