Job Opportunity: Software QA Engineer / Test Manager

To ensure optimal quality of our applications, we are looking for a test manager within the IT department.
As a tester and quality engineer, you will work closely with the development and product management teams to implement best practices in quality assurance and the life cycle of software development to establish and apply them.

Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for functional and non-functional test plans: preparing test plans from business requirements/specifications, the development of test cases, the defining acceptance criteria, executing test cases and analysis of the results validating that the tested solutions meet the specifications.
This includes integration testing, regression testing, component testing and user interface testing. You will also support continuous testing with deployment pipelines (azure devsecops)
You will have access to logical data models, physical data models and workflow diagrams for designing test cases.
You will work with various teams and product owner to define key KPIs to define the quality of applications/services to monitoring and testing.
You prepare and communicate clear test reports that include including the type of tests performed and the results of these testing.
You track the correction of issues and coordination with the developers and/or third parties until the issues are fully resolved.
You implement improvement initiatives for testing activities.

Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience in a software testing and/or QA environment
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in test automation.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Agile/DevOps testing.
Minimum 1 year of experience in API Messaging testing.
