For a client, we are looking for a Scrum Master.

Project Duration:

01/04/2025 - 31/12/2025 (9 months, full-time)

Work Location:

Brussels, with the possibility of hybrid teleworking

Role Description:

The role involves managing ticketing systems, including backend and front-end aspects (kiosks/Bootik) as well as E-Commerce. The team manages a variety of systems, from the oldest to the most recent. The position is a combined role of Developer and Scrum Master/Coordinator, with a task distribution of approximately 50/50.

Responsibilities:

Scrum Master/Coordinator:

• Participate in the quarterly organization of work within the department.
• Plan, track, and manage the team's work daily and by Sprint, in collaboration with the Product Owner and Project Manager.
• Ensure the predictability of the team's work.
• Coordinate with the Integration Testing team and the Release Manager, and report incidents to the Service Manager.

Developer:

• Participate in the investigation and resolution of incidents.
• Handle developments while balancing with Scrum Master/Coordinator responsibilities.
• Understand and challenge the team's estimates.
• Collaborate with the Tech Lead/Snr Dev to resolve technical situations.
