Opportunity: Solution Analyst

Job Description:

As a Solution Analyst, you will strengthen the team and participate in various BUILD activities such as process and system analysis and testing in projects. After the onboarding period, you will also participate in RUN activities such as ombuds and standby. You will work with a diverse team of Solution Analysts, Software Engineers, Project Managers, Business Architects, and IT Architects to ensure IT solutions and services.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and map current business processes and systems.
• Describe the requirements for new or modified systems and processes.
• Design the user interface and usability of applications.
• Design and execute functional test plans and guide user acceptance tests.
• Support and build knowledge of core users on a functional level.
• Transfer to the business and operational organization.

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 8 years of experience as a Solution Analyst
• Strong analytical and adaptability skills
• Experience with various analysis techniques and working according to the waterfall method
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
• Experience with IT projects in a legacy environment and package implementations
• Creative in finding solutions to complex problems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to coach less experienced colleagues
• Language skills: Dutch, French, and English
