Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Data & BI consultant to help build a new data and reporting platform within the Assets & Net domain. You will work on various BI projects and maintenance tasks on existing BI & Data Analytics platforms. You are responsible for handling BI and data issues end-to-end, including needs analysis, technical design, data modeling, and visualization/reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct needs analysis and technical design.
• Data modeling in SAP data platform (BW/HANA) and Azure Databricks.
• Visualization and reporting in SAP BI tools and Power BI.
• Provide support to the data team for operational BI and data platforms.
• Perform Incident & Problem management.
• Provide functional support to business users within the Assets & Net domain.
• Manage lifecycle and updates/upgrades of existing environments.
• Make improvement proposals within the SAP BI framework.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 7 years of experience with modeling in a SAP BW/(BW-on-HANA/BW4/HANA) context.
• Proven experience with SAP BW reporting tool Analysis for Office.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, SQL scripts, star modeling, Databricks, and Power BI.
• ABAP knowledge and experience with data vault modeling are a plus.
• Practical knowledge of SAP HANA Studio and experience with Python are desired.
• Experience in the Belgian energy sector is required.
• Knowledge of processes in the rollout of the digital meter in Flanders is a plus.
• At least 3 years of experience as a BI Consultant.
• Experience with Data Management (ETL) and reporting tools.
• Extensive SAP ISU domain knowledge is required.
• SAP CS domain knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent command of Dutch at CEFR level C2.
