Mission Context

The Predictive Analytics team within the Marketing and Communication department is focused on developing, deploying, and supporting AI models to enhance the reach and relevance of campaigns. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will manage the data science ecosystem to build and run models, set up data preparation pipelines, and ensure the quality of data sources.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution and quality assurance of monthly production runs, including data preparation, scoring, and validation of AI models and analytical indicators.
• Improve automation processes for efficiency.
• Maintain and enhance existing Python programs for data collection, validation, and AI model performance monitoring.
• Serve as an interface between data scientists and IT, supporting the use of the Domino Data Science Platform and the evolution of the Python environment.
• Assist data scientists with environment setup, code quality, continuous improvement, and automation.
• Support the creation of new variables and automatic refit of data science models.
• Explore new ways to utilize available tools to enhance AI product capabilities.
• Collaborate with a team of motivated data scientists.

Telework

50% on-site, 50% telework

Language Requirements

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Good level of Dutch (French is a plus)

Education

Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Master in Computer Sciences) or substantial experience in data science and ML DevOps.

Required Experience/Knowledge

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in software development in Python and Python data science packages (pandas, sklearn).
• Experience with Git, SQL, MLOps/DevOps, SAS, Domino Data Science Platform, Django, software testing, containerization (Docker), and Cloud environments.
