Job Description:

The Business Analyst will join the Service Management team with the aim of improving ticketing services. This includes the creation of transversal management tools for sales and validation channels and the technical assets that support them.

Responsibilities:

• Support the project framework and gather requirements.
• Analyze and classify requirements.
• Estimate project costs and prepare a business case.
• Evaluate tools already available within the company.
• Support work estimation for the implementation of the tool.
• Possibly guide the implementation of the selected application solution.
• Supervise analysis and development tasks of internal or external service providers.
• Maintain contact with individuals at various levels within the organization.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• At least 7 years of practical experience in:
  • Gathering functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Definition of KPIs, SLAs, production conditions.
  • Service management.
  • Use of modeling tools.
  • Design of IT solutions.
  • Documentation and knowledge management.
  • Cost estimation.
