Role
Close collaboration in network developments, flexibility, and operational management with distribution network operators is crucial. As a Key Account Manager, you will support in daily tasks and project work.
Your Main Tasks Are:
- Network Development and Technical Analyses: Provide support in monitoring network development projects, maintain customer contact, and verify technical requirements.
- Digitizing Existing Processes: Lead the transformation of processes into a digital, customer-friendly environment and act as a link between business and IT teams.
- Management of Inquiries/Complaints: Provide support and take actions to respond to customers quickly and appropriately.
- Management of Customer Data: Ensure complete and accurate customer files and register and forward information to relevant services.
Additional Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as an industrial, civil, or commercial engineer.
- Customer-oriented and the ability to translate stakeholder needs into simple solutions.
- Fluent in Dutch and French, English is a plus.
