Project Manager Opportunity

For a client, we are seeking a Project Manager for a migration project.

Start Date:

• Available on demand (1 day/week) as soon as possible
• 2 days/week from 1st June 2025
• 3 days/week from 1st July 2025

Duration:

9 months

Location:

Brussels HQ, with the possibility of remote work

Communication Skills:

• Fluent in English
• Additional languages appreciated (French, Dutch)

Job Description:

Manage and follow up on the project: Migration and implementation of Version 8 PIMDAM from Syndigo with change management

Main Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the entire project in liaison with the supplier, online team, and other parties
• Coordinate resources and act as an interface between environments, obtaining and providing information, decisions, and approvals
• Coordinate testing and solve project issues, escalating when needed
• Facilitate meetings and collaborate with project sponsors and stakeholders to follow up on scope, cost, schedule, risks, quality, and deliverables
• Prepare and report to the SteerCo on a monthly basis
• Be hands-on and deliverables-oriented

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Knowledge of Masterdata is a plus
• Ability to understand complex landscapes, identify risks, find solutions, and challenge them
• Advocacy for change management with empathy is a plus
